1.2 Shipping Destinations & Carriers


  • We offer shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. For specific service scope, please check the shipping destination list on the checkout page.
  • We cooperate with reputable international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your package. The carrier will be selected based on your shipping address and order weight.

1.3 Shipping Fees & Delivery Time


  • Shipping Fees: The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package. The specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm the order.
  • Delivery Time:
    • For major regions in North America, Europe, and Asia: 5–10 business days after shipment.
    • For remote areas or other regions: 10–20 business days after shipment.
    • Note: Delivery time is for reference only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable factors.


1.4 Customs & Duties


  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We will declare the actual value of the product on the customs declaration form. For specific tax standards, please consult the customs department of your country or region.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

2. Returns Policy


2.1 Eligibility for Returns


You may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the package if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • The product is defective or damaged during shipping (please provide photo or video evidence within 48 hours of receiving the package).
  • The product received is not the one you ordered (e.g., wrong model, wrong color).

2.2 Non-returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return for hygiene, customization, or safety reasons:

  • Customized products (e.g., products with personalized logos or specifications).
  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified without quality issues.
  • Products with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

2.3 Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days and reply with approval or rejection. If approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and the designated return address.
  3. Ship the Product Back: Please pack the product securely and ship it to the designated address within 7 business days of receiving the RA number. Mark the RA number clearly on the outer packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping fee, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective product).
  4. Inspection & Refund/Replacement: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
    • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
    • If you request a replacement, we will ship the new product to you as soon as possible, free of shipping charge.


3. Exceptions & Limitations


  • We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this policy.
  • For products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modification, we will not provide a refund or replacement.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the returned product during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
